Diva Cupcakes

These cute little Diva Cupcakes were fun to create.  They were Red Velvet cupcakes with buttercream frosting, red and black chocolate high heels.  The cupcake liners were red and black with red and black wrap arounds.  Cupcakes fit for a DIVA
