This cake was fun and stressful. I have never made a tardis before or a stargate. :) The groom was a fan of both Stargate tv shows and Dr. Who. The great thing is so is my husband so I knew all about them. The stargate has the actual symbols from the show made from chocolate. I took a picture of the stargate alone and then of them combined.

Display Cake
Here is a display cake that I created to show as a sample to a bride and groom. They wanted to the dark blood red roses but changed to a white fondant bow with red trim on the bow loops. The display cake as a hit with them because it gave them the idea of what their cake was going to look like.

Starbucks Cake
Had fun creating this over-sized coffee cup and XL cookies for my father in law. He always teases me about me drinking Starbucks so I wanted to create him something that I knew he would give me the famous, JG look.
With him being a die hard Auburn fan I had to create something really special. A Bama newspaper with Bear Bryant Stadium on the other side. In the skyline it read: Happy Birthday Papa.
This was a fun cake to make and I am glad i was able to make it for my father in law. ROLL TIDE and Starbucks.

Monster Book of Monsters Cake
This furry 5 eyed cake was very interesting to make. Piping the fur was a painful task but well worth the time and effort. The fur came out great on this book. The teeth are the funnies part of the cake. The gums are hand painted with rose pink frosting color. Welcome to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Pool Party Cake
How much fun was this cake, way too much to get paid for doing it. It's great to do something you love and get paid for it. this 2 tier topsy turvy cake was fun. Natalie and I created items that would make this cake the hit of the party.
Flip flops were made from fondant and the actual size of regular shoes, with daisy flowers
The little girl is the image taken from the actual invitation. Also made of fondant and edible paper
With fondant floaties and tubes, made this pool theme cake complete. A pearl sheen makes this cake shine.

Pregnant Belly Cake
It's so exciting to create a cake that is fun. This pregnant belly cake was created for a mom with an egg and milk allergy. She had more matching cupcakes but ate some of them on the way home from the bakery. :) Love stories like that.
Pink and white gerber daisies with a pink fondant bow.
What's left of the matching cupcakes. :)

Hungry Caterpillar Cake
This was a book that I would read to my son, so when I was asked by Monica and Brad to create this cut little character, I was thrilled. Combination of cupcakes and a round cake, helped me create this lovable design.
